It was all superb.

Loved staying in this cozy hotel in the mountains. The staff was really helpful and gave us some great tips about the area. We enjoyed the complimentary sledges and had so much fun sledding down the snowy slopes. The view from our room was breathtaking and we could easily walk to the nearby grocery store to grab snacks and drinks. The room was clean and the shower was nice and hot, perfect for warming up after a long day of skiing. Plus, the ski rental place they recommended was really convenient.
The food was a bit disappointing, especially for the cost. We were required to have dinner included in our stay and the options were very limited. One night we were served fish sticks that were not so tasty. Also, the walk to town was a bit icy and slippery, so be sure to wear the right shoes or take the bus. Despite these small issues, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a cozy mountain getaway.

the location was also convenient as it was just a short walk away from the town center and ski lift. the staff was friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast spread was exceptional.
The limited dinner menu choices with half-pension required may not be suitable for more variety.

I had an amazing time at this hotel. The staff were friendly and offered helpful advice about activities in the area. The location was great, as it wasn't far from the ski lift. The hotel facilities were fantastic with a game room and sauna. The breakfast buffet was delicious, and I loved having a great view of the mountains and the town. The cleanliness of the rooms, dining areas, and bathrooms was remarkable. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.
Couldn't fault the hotel at all. The service was impeccable, and the experience was unforgettable.

During my xmas getaway, I found some good things that made my stay decent. The town offers a great panoramic view and the surrounding atmosphere was very calm and peaceful. The room I stayed in was very clean and comfortable. To add up to the advantages, the hotel provides a ski rental with a good discount, making it very easy to ski with all the equipment ready.
My xmas getaway was ruined by the hotel's half-pension policy, which required me to have dinner at the hotel's restaurant. The food was limited in choices and did not live up to the price.
